Welcome to Canary Cove, a spectacular new beachfront property that is now
available to rent under the Azul Resort umbrella.
Located 1 mile north of Azul, these Villas-for-Hire sit on 7-acres with the famous
Mexico Rocks area (soon to be declared a national marine reserve) directly
offshore in front of the property.
Truly one of a kind on the island, the property features a 16,300 square foot
6-bedroom main villa along with a 4,200 square-foot 3-bedroom guest house,
each with their own infinity pool, patio, outdoor kitchen and swim up bar. Have a
drink, relax & enjoy the AMAZING view, all from the comfort of a bar stool in your
private pool.
Amenities include onsite private dive shop with instruction, 2 brand new matching
custom luxury cruisers for diving & fishing, indoor billiards & table tennis and
a 500 gallon salt water fish tank in the main house, 11 over-sized baths (one
at almost 500 square feet!), state of the art electronics, 24-hour security, video
games, flat screen tvs in every bedroom, movie library, basketball court, 2 private
piers and more. Toys include go-karts, a spectacular floating island (can be
anchored at Mexico Rocks for your convenience), 6-passenger Hobie catamaran
and more!

Piece of Mind
In designing and planning Canary Cove, great lengths were taken to ensure the utmost in comfort, privacy and security of our guests. The property is walled, lit and secure. Courteous, discreet and professional security guards make rounds on the property throughout the night and on-site managers are always available. Water is made on location, electrical systems have back up and if need be the property can function flawlessly completely independent of the island's services. Guests may access Canary Cove directly from the Belize's international airport via our private heli-pad, circumnavigating the public and San Pedro town. Main Villa (up to 16 people) price per night: US$ 8,000
Guest Villa (up to 8 people) price per night: US$ 3,000
Full Property Rental (up to 24 people) price per night: US $10,000
Prices are in US $'s and do NOT include 9% Gov Hotel tax or 5% processing fee.
Gratuity, as it should be, is at your discretion.
Payment Terms: 50% down, balance 45 business days prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- • Cancellations must be made in writing. If a guest cancellation is made more than sixty (60) business days before the scheduled guest arrival date or special event, a full (100%) refund less a 10% administrative fee will be given.
- • If a guest cancellation is made less than sixty (60) business days before the scheduled guest arrival date but MORE than forty-five (45) business days before the scheduled guest arrival date or special event, fifty percent (50%) of the total amount deposited will be refunded.
- • If a guest cancellation is made LESS than forty-five (45) business days before the scheduled guest arrival date, NO refund of any deposit will be given and the full deposit will be forfeited (This includes early check- outs or no shows).
- • The balance is due forty-five (45) business days prior to check- in or your special event. Any amounts accrued during your stay will be charged upon your departure. Note: NO REFUNDS OF DEPOSITS WILL BE GIVEN for cancellations on reservations for the dates of December 20th-January 7th once your reservation has been confirmed. Business days are considered any day of the week Monday to Friday. We strongly recommend full coverage travel insurance in the event of delays / cancellations, weather, health, family, personal issues, etc.
